Investigator Meeting – Prague

X3 Solutions worked closely with a Pharmaceutical Event Planning Agency to deliver a 150 person meeting at the Intercontinental Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic. A simple, clean, twin screen hard set was used to transform the congress centre of the hotel. Projection, Audio, Lights & Simultaneous translation were installed and operated by our English speaking technicians for a hassle free experience for our client. 4 breakout rooms were also installed for the delegates to take part in different meetings running simultaneously. X3 organised all of the logistics that come with transporting equipment and client collateral 1000km across Europe.
