The project
The X3 Solutions team took to Birmingham’s Centenary Square in the summer to produce CBBC Live. The main stage saw live broadcasts from Blue Peter & Newsround whilst other zones in the site focussed on BBC learning.
X3 worked alongside BBC’s outside broadcast trucks and fed them live images from all zones. Mobile stages, line array speaker systems and large LED displays were installed around the site to create a free to attend, fun packed, family weekend.
