The project
X3 supported Extreme Networks to produce their EMEA & LATAM awards ceremony. Turning a 15th Century Convent in the beautiful Beato area of Lisbon, into a 500 person dinner and awards venue. Having completed a week’s long conference at a nearby hotel, X3 de-rigged all of the equipment, loaded a 45′ lorry, moved it 10km across the city and had just 2 hours to install over 100 moving lights, projection and staging. The end result was mind-blowing. With plenty of time left for rehearsals and technical checks, the client was truly taken aback.
