The project
Oh, Vienna!……More precisely, The Hilton Vienna Stadtpark was the venue for this year’s Global Lead Expert Meeting for one of our long-standing clients. 250 people gathered for a 3-day conference. Twin HD projection allowed easy viewing for everybody in the room and a fully wrapped set backdrop provided clean, bespoke graphics to really bring the meeting to life.
The client wanted to bring some fun to the event with a special on stage ‘rap’ performance by one of their patients and a 250 piece violin orchestra made up of all the delegates.
Taking the production element to dinner saw us run an awards ceremony with a live band and DJ at the stunning Palais Ferstel, in the heart of Vienna.
